Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tikemeleng@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to: 21st Floor, 64 CMA Building, Central, Hong Kong. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Return the original item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union: If shipping into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
